Beyond Malibu staff positions are divided between base camp staff and mountain or kayak guide staff positions.
The mountain and sea kayaking guide positions require a commitment of two consecutive summers and five training weekends in the Seattle area between March and June each year. Guides must be at least 21 years old and have significant ministry experience.
