Beyond Malibu is one of Young Life's adventure camping experiences.  Young Life is a non-denominational, Christian organization committed to impacting kids' lives and preparing them for the future. For more than six decades, Young Life has been introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith, while providing strong, positive influences in their lives.

Young Life's Beyond Malibu operates both hiking and sea kayaking adventures in the Canadian Coastal Mountain range, 100 miles north of Vancouver, British Columbia. The hiking program operates out of our base camp located in the "fjord"-like Princess Louisa Inlet two miles away from the Malibu Club, another one of Young Life's properties. The sea kayaking program begins and ends its trips at the Malibu Landing in Egmont, British Columbia. The majestic glacier covered peaks, spectacular water falls, lush forests and rugged West coast shoreline are the hallmark features of this area.

The Beyond Malibu mission is to provide kids with high quality, safe, adventure experiences where they have the opportunity to kayak or hike through the beautiful Canadian backcountry. Most importantly, we desire to facilitate their belief, growth, and maturity in Jesus Christ. This is accomplished by providing challenging, small group outdoor adventures where kids are encouraged to examine their lives in relation to God.
