Bob Davis - Food Service Manager

Bob and his wife Beth Ann live nearby in Hawley, Pennsylvania along with their two teenagers, Noah and Grace. Bob has been the Food Service Manager at Lake Champion for over 13 years. Anyone who sets foot in the kitchen at Lake Champion is instantly drawn to Bob and his team.

Jenny Kim - Chef

Jenny Kim started at Lake Champion as a bakery intern the summer of 2006. She decided, much to the joy of the rest of the staff, to stay on full time and has been enriching lives at Lake Champion since. In her free time Jenny is a volunteer leader in the local Young Life Tri-States area.

Kathy Young - Chef

Kathy, originally from Mt. Airy, Maryland moved up north to join her husband Kyle, right after their wedding in October of 2006. No stranger to Lake Champion, Kathy was a ropes intern in 2003 and has worked many hours in Lake Champion's snack bar and store. Since moving to NY, Kathy worked as a Relationship Associate for a local financial investment firm, before joining the food service team late in the summer of 2008.

Amy Boles - Chef

Amy arrived in 2009 from Portland, Oregeon. Before that she served on field staff in Virginia for over eight years. When she’s not working in the camp kitchen, she loves to cook in her own kitchen, write a story and take a picture. Her family is in Virginia, and she is especially in love with her two young nieces.
