Rich Watts - Site & Facilities Superintendent II

If there is something that needs to be fixed or repaired, you call Rich. Rich and his wife Bonnie,and their four kids; Richard, Dayelle, Christina and Matthew live locally in Barryville, New York. Rich is a jack of all trades and an all around handy-man that has extensive knowledge in plumbing, electrical and carpentry work. For over fourteen years he has been serving at Lake Champion.

Randall Martin - Site & Facilities Superintendent I

Randy joined Young Life fulltime in December of 2008 as a project manager for the conversion of The Millbrook. Hs has been married for almost 34 years to his beautiful wife Annette. They have three adult children, two of whom are married and have four grandchildren. Randy has lived in Milford, Pa. for approximately 32 years. Previously, Randy worked in Retail Home Building, as a Head Custodian for a large school district and as Supervisor of Inventory Control for an international company. He loves Big Game Hunting and enjoys fishing.

Emilio Mercado - Maintenance Technician

Originally from Nicaragua, Emilio and his wife Ann and daughter Kat moved to New York from Miami, Florida. No task is too small or to big for Emilio as he tackles the long list of maintenance needs that arise on a daily basis.

David Daugherty - Maintenance Technician

Recently moving from Spring Valley Ohio, David is the newest addition to our team. David has been involved with YL as a club kid, camper and campaigner. He served on summer staff at Rockbridge in 2007 and here at Champion in 2008. David is fitting in just fine with the team, as he enjoys fishing, hiking, biking and simply hanging out.
