Summer is just around the corner. Are you ready? Below is a list of helpful information to prepare for BEFORE your stay at Oakbridge.
10 DAY CALL-IN: A reconfirmation call to Oakbridge at least 10 days prior to your trip will allow us to complete the housing arrangements as well as order food and supplies for the correct number of campers.
"A" FORM: This is the form in which you fill in the names of all your leaders and kids attending camp. It must be completed legibly (front and back) and faxed before noon the DAY BEFORE arrival. Our fax is: 760-789-2448
HEALTH FORMS: A health form for every person attending camp (campers, leaders and guests) is to be turned in upon arrival. A Doctor's examination is NOT required.
Please be sure to review all health forms to ensure a thorough completion. The health form must have a parent or legal guardian's signature in order for the child to participate in any camp activities and/or receive proper and timely medical attention.
PARENTAL CONSENT FORM: Please have each camper complete this form as you may use it while traveling to and from camp.
ARRIVAL: Please plan on arriving at Oakbridge between 3:00-5:00pm. If at all possible, we ask that you give us a call when you enter into Ramona as this will assist the team in preparing for your special welcome!
DEPARTURE: Camp typically ends at 10:30am. Air travel should be made AFTER 12:30pm to make sure you have plenty of time to get to the airport. The San Diego airport is approximately one hour and fifteen minutes from Oakbridge.
CAMP COST: $369.00 per person. The balance will be due on day two during your appointed time. Area transfers are the preferred method of payment, but checks will be accepted.
WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable shoes, bathing suit, beach towel, sunscreen, light jacket for cool nights, toiletries, bath towels, linens or sleeping bags, spending money, a nice outfit for banquet night, camera, Bible (for leaders), flashlight, and some sort of fun western wear for carnival night. Please inform your kids that all Walkman's, MP3's, Game Boys, and radios will be collected upon arrival and locked in a safe place until camp is over.
