Young Life’s RMR Backcountry is a wilderness adventure program that was started in the Rocky Mountain Region of Young Life in 1995. For years, there had been a growing desire for affordable adventure camping that would enable kids from all across the country to experience God’s creation in a setting that is exciting and unique. RMR Backcountry provides affordable adventure camping trips in the heart of Colorado's Rocky Mountains where kids and leaders are given the opportunity to move into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

A one-week RMR backpacking trip costs ONLY $249!!! We provide kids and leaders with backpacks, sleeping bags, camp chairs, raincoats, shelter, cookware and food. Two highly trained guides lead each trip and have a satellite phone for added safety. With a trip cost that low anybody can join us for the experience of a lifetime!!
