Summer is, without a doubt, a fantastic time to be at Southwind. The sun's bright; the water's cool; and everyone is geared up about showing our middle school friends the best time of their life. So, if you're bringing your WyldLife kids here this summer, be prepared for an action-packed week.

 

Speaking of being prepared, here are a few things that will help in making your camp trip a successful one. Primarily, be aware of the tools available to you on the Web.  The Young Life Staff Resources Site offers a wealth of supportive information for WyldLife leaders and trip leaders. Whether you need forms, promotional materials or supplies, you can find what you need on this site.  Similarly, the camp reservation site makes information regarding summer spots and dates available at the click of a mouse. That's not all; there's also an eLearning Course for WyldLife camping that is available online.  It's not only quick and easy; it's extremely informative.

 

Finally, please remember to reference the camping handbook. It is a great source of information for you to utilize as you plan your camp trip. It offers step-by-step counsel on how to plan and conduct a successful camp trip. It also has specific details regarding each of the camps (including Southwind).
