Young Life's primary ministry is to non-Christian kids. As in all areas of camp the food service should convey the non-verbal witness that someone has lovingly prepared for the campers before they arrive and is here to serve them bountifully.

Young Life's Food Service is dedicated to the "all you can eat" philosophy. The quantity and quality of the food served should serve to facilitate a positive relationship between camper and leader.

As a work crew supervisor your role is extremely important! You must convey to your work crew the importance of doing everything with excellence. From preparing the food or setting the tables to cleaning the dishes or the bathrooms, do all for the glory of God.

As you are preparing to serve at Timber Wolf Lake, keep your work crew in your prayers. Also, pray for the strength and wisdom to be a Godly and effective leader.
