Gone are the sultry days of summer, but that doesn't stop the fun at Timber Wolf Lake.

Why play in the water when you can play on the water? Who needs a waterslide when you can go screaming down our tubing hill at 30 mph, praying that you stop before you get to that row of trees? The fishing is still great; it just takes a little more work.

During the ski season, we are only 45 minutes from Caberfae Peaks and Crystal Mountain, two of Michigan's top ski resorts. With the miles of trails and heavy snow falls, feel free to bring your own cross-country skis or snow shoes to casually explore the wintry woods. Or, bring some compasses, plant some flags and teach kids orienteering skills.
