Interested in Booking?

For booking Young Life or other non-profit groups during the summer season or school season, please e-mail the camp, or contact the camp during office hours. Office hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Pricing is based on your group's needs. Cost depends on: the number of people in your group, the number of nights you will spend at camp, catered and dining room meals.

Availability...

School Season: In January, the Young Life calendar is set for the following school season (August to May). At that time, any open dates are available for groups whose mission statement and organizational purpose are compatible with Young Life's. Please contact us to discuss availablility and pricing for your next retreat or conference.

Summer: During the summer season, from mid May to mid August, Windy Gap is utilized exclusively for Young Life high school outreach camping.

Booking Requirements

For exclusive use of the Property, Windy Gap requires a minimum of 275 paying guests.
Groups must provide a work crew who provide support services for the camp in food service and other areas. Work Crew come to Windy Gap for FREE! Please bring a ratio of 1 work crew person for every 10 guests up to a maximum of 37, including two work crew supervisors.
Groups must provide medical personnel (Doctor, PA, Nurse or EMT) to respond to the medical needs of your group. The medical staff and his/her family come to camp for FREE!
Non Young Life groups must provide either a certificate of insurance (ACORD form) for the group or a Guest Consent Release form (YL6009) for each guest.
