1. Review Summer Intern Mission Statement.
2. Fill out the Properties Summer Seasonal Hire Application.
3. Have a Young Life staff person fill out the Summer Seasonal Hire staff recommendation form and return it to Windy Gap.
4. Two additional recommendations are also required and should be returned to Windy Gap:

• A peer recommendation
• A recommendation by someone who knows you from a spiritual perspective, but is not on Young Life staff

The positions to be filled at Windy Gap are:

• 1 Ropes, 2 Tower/Swing, 1 Naskarts/Mt. Bikes, 1 Office, 1 Sound Technician, 1 Video, 2 Cooks, 1 Baker, 2 Horse Wranglers, 1 Retail and 1 Nurse or Emt. Please indicate on  your application your desired position(s).

Please have your application and all recommendations into the Windy Gap office by January 1st. You are welcome to mail, email (windygap@windygap.younglife.org), or fax (828-645-7189) them to Windy Gap Attn: Jordan Purser. Please remember that we can not process your application until we've received all 3 recommendations. Feel free to contact us to check the status of your recommendations. Our intent is for all placements to be made no later than March 1st. We will not begin looking at applications before January 1st.
