Woodville and Wagon Train may be rented in addition to the main camp as a deluxe housing option, or they may be rented on a stand alone basis.

With rental of main camp:       $1,200
Without rental of main camp:   $1,800

For groups who contract to have 300 or more guests in attendance, Woodville may be used at no additional cost.

Meals are not included in the rental of Woodville or Wagon Train on a stand alone basis. For groups using only Woodville and/or Wagon Train, they may provide their own meals, or pay regular meal prices per person per meal, to join the other groups in the dining hall during meals.  If there are no groups using the main camp, groups staying in Woodville or Wagon Train are responsible for providing their own meals.
