Download the GSI form and return it to Lake Champion two weeks prior to the dates of your camp. This form includes important information, including your meal selections, which activities you want open, store and snack bar hours, and an estimate of the number of guests you'll be bringing. In the week leading up to your camp weekend, you'll need to provide housing information to Lake Champion so we can prepare all the lodging facilities. The links below are to help you in the housing process; the layouts show you how each building is set up, and the rosters are for your use. You can consult the Camp Map for insight on where each building is.
**For Petra, the Swiss House and the Fox Run apartments, please indicate how you want each room set up and provide names for nametags. You can return them by faxing them to 845-856-6873 or by e-mailing it to your weekend host.**
