Joists!

Workers have spent the last couple of days installing joist hangers to the trusses.  This can be a very time consuming job on such a large building, but the workers are doing a great job.

After the hangers are in place, joists are lifted and set in the hangers.  As you can see there are several sections that have been finished with hangers and joists.

Construction personnel use an electric lift to lift themselves and hammer in the joist hangers.

With the large dining room to still to go, a pile of column brackets sit ready to be installed. 

Construction of the kitchen area is really moving along with the support columns set and the trusses and joists being hung.
