Framing with metal studs

The back wall of the kitchen is now complete with studs and shows the numerous large windows that adorn the kitchens back wall. There will be great views from the bakery and kitchen office.

Standing between the prep area and pits you can see the office wall to the left, the reinforced freezer and fridge pad in front of you, the dry storage area behind the ladder and the loading dock door on the left as well.

All of the walls in the kitchen are now standing and awaiting electrical and other wires to be installed. Afterwards the insulation will be put in and the walls boxed in.

With wall studs up in the kitchen and the main dining walls starting, the structure looks bigger than ever, as you can see here standing in the middle of the main dining room looking at the stage area.

Workers install the 25 foot tall metal studs for one of the dining hall vestibule entrances, as the begin on the main dining rooms walls.

More metal studs are piled in the future parking area and loading dock waiting to be installed in the main dining room.
