Saranac Village has accommodations for 475 people: 430 in the camper lodges and 45 private room accommodations in the Ausable Inn and Guide House.

An incoming group would need to book at least 300 paying guests for exclusive use of the camp. If you are a group of between 200 and 300 people, we are able to accommodate you; however, there is a possibility of sharing the facilities with another group. We will assist in coordinating meal times and the use of the main meeting rooms.

All of the activities available to high school students in the summer will be available to school season groups. However, at the beginning of October, waterfront use will be weather dependent.

Work Crew

A work crew will need to be provided by the incoming group for the duration of their stay; please no rotating work crews. A ratio of one work crew person for every 10 guests up to a maximum of 45 including at least one work crew supervisor is necessary.

Medical Personnel

A doctor, PA, nurse and/or EMT needs to be provided by the visiting group.

Saranac Village provides sheets, blankets, pillows and towels for every guest, including the work crew.

Cleaning after your stay at Saranac Village includes taking all dirty linens to the laundry, picking up a bed-pack for each bed used in your cabin, folding blankets, picking up trash, putting back any furniture that was moved, cleaning bathrooms and vacuuming carpets in cabins and lodges.
