Summer Staff at the Washington Family Ranch is an unforgettable, month long experience of serving, fellowship, and spiritual growth for those who have completed at least one year of college (or are of college or post-college age).  It will challenge you to take your faith to a new level while you learn how to serve like Jesus Christ did thousands of years ago.

Not only will you have the opportunity to directly serve at Washington Family Ranch for the month, but your words and actions will allow teenagers to the have the best week of their lives while learning about Jesus Christ, maybe for the first time.
