Work Crew:  Each group is asked to bring a work crew that is a 1 to 10 ratio of their camper size.  So 1 work crew per every 10 campers.  Your workcrew is free of charge and is responsible for working in the kitchen, dining room and dishwashing.  If you are a weekend group that can not provide a work crew, the Washington Family Ranch will do their best to provide one for you at a $35 charge per person per night we recruit.  For more information on the work crews responsibilities, please check the Camp Manager Packet under Work Crew.

Medical Provider:  Each group is asked to bring a medical provider (Nurse, Paramedic, Doctor) that can provide the sufficient care for the size of your group.  We do have requirements based on your group size that will determine the medical provider you must have.  For that information please check the Camp Manager Packet.

Deposit:  Each group, once they book their camp, will be asked to make a $500 deposit.  This deposit is non-refundable and will be due 30 days after you receive your contract.

Health Forms:  Each group is required to bring a health form  filled out and signed for every camper, leader and work crew person.  Health forms are provided by the Washington Family Ranch in the Camp Manager Packet.

Contract:  Each group will receive a contract for their booking reservation and it must be signed and returned to the property 30 days after it is received.
