Whether you are a youth pastor looking for a place to bring your kids, a retreat organizer looking for a facility to rent, a school group looking for an outdoor school site, or a sports camp director looking for a facility, we look forward to serving your every need.  Even if you do not fit a description on the list, we would love to work with you to provide a facility to accommodate your group.  Also, check out some of the opportunities we provide for churches, families, and volunteering.

We pride ourselves in serving your group personally while providing an excellent place to grow, learn, relax, play, eat and sleep.  We can easily accommodate 750 guests anytime during the school season, from September to mid June.

Most of our housing is dorm style.  The Hotel has rooms that can accommodate 10 with two bathrooms or 14 with three bathrooms.  The Hotel also offers 10 private suites.  The Muddy Creek Lodge is a premium facility with 8 person rooms and 2 private suites.  We are able to offer some family style housing subject to your group size or at an additional cost.

Our housing is set up best for large groups, but we do have other facilities that can accommodate smaller groups (<50).  Contact us for details about these facilities.

The Iron Kettle, our dining facility, typically serves three meals each day.  These meals are preselected by your trip coordinator from our menu.  If it fits the schedule better, we can offer a brunch, snack, and dinner.   Either way, we will work with your trip coordinator to serve your group the best we can.  We can even pack you a sack lunch for the trip home.  All meals are prepared from scratch to ensure the highest quality.  You will sit eight at a table as we bring the meals family style to your table.

We have many meeting room options to suit your needs.  Our club room, the Round Up, will comfortably hold your entire group and is equipped with a full multimedia system.  The Hideout, Orchard Great Room, and the Hotel Lobby hold smaller groups of 200 or less, and are perfect for seminars.  These facilities also have multimedia capability.  Other smaller rooms are available for small group meetings.

When you’re ready to play, we have you covered!  In the warmer months of early fall and late spring, you’ll enjoy the pool, water front activities, and zip lines.  Our 88,000 square foot sports center, which is available year round, offers basketball, volleyball, dodge ball, foosball, ping pong, billiards, climbing walls, a skate park, and a workout center.  You may also enjoy a round of Frisbee golf or play team sports on our large, beautifully kept, grass fields.
