This is the volunteer experience for those who have completed at least one year of college (or are of college or post-college age). The summer staff serve the campers in roles which require considerable maturity and non-verbal witness. Some of these positions are staffing the ropes, climbing tower, naskarts, horse wranglers and lifeguards. You may check availability of openings and apply online or download the application and recommendation and mail the forms to the property. Please apply as soon after January 1st as possible. Qualified applicants will be accepted into positions based on the order applications are received.

This  is the volunteer experience for those in high school. To be eligible you must have completed one year of high school and complete your local area's work crew training course. The work crew serve the campers in a variety of ways like dining hall servers, grounds crew and housekeepers. To apply, download an application and give it to your local area director.

Each spring, over 200 college and career aged people come to Windy Gap for the annual Windy Gap Work Week. The purpose is to get camp ready for the 100's of campers who will be here in the summer. Jobs range from painting and raking to construction and sewing and everything in between! No part of camp is left untouched. If you don't have skills, we have adults who will teach them to you!
 
There is no fee for the week.  Come and help us out!
