Donors are vital to Young Life at the local area and regional levels. Because Young Life areas are financially supported solely at the local level, donors’ financial gifts account for all of an area's budget and part of a region's budget. Your donation helps areas hire and train staff and provide essential administrative support to the area. Your contributions also support operating expenses such as salaries and other ministry costs and can help send kids to Young Life camps.

Young Life is a world-class organization for adolescents. Our staff and volunteers enter the world of kids, focusing on what matters to them — fun, adventure, friendship and a sense of significance. In doing so, we earn the privilege of talking to them about something that we think matters most of all — the truth about God and His love for us.

• Young Life was founded in 1941 by a pastor who wanted to spend time with kids who were disinterested in church.
• Young Life exists in 54 countries and is supported by 4,000 staff members, more than 14,000 volunteer leaders and almost 12,000 local committee members.
• Young Life areas are supported financially by the communities that invite our presence; each area raises its own budget.
• Young Life overall raises $200 million dollars annually.

We are committed to introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grown in their faith. Young Life also aims to establish and maintain a presence at all high schools and middle schools in the local area.

We believe that in order to reach kids we must go where they go and enter their world. Every week in our local area, Young Life staff and volunteers can be found at school events and practices and at kids' favorite hangouts. In many cases, they are the only adult friends kids have in their lives. Our work could not be done without your support. We are grateful for your gift to Young Life.
