Adults Who Care

Volunteer leaders take time from their busy schedules to enter the world of high school kids. They pour countless hours into building relationships with kids on their turf. They go where kids hang out and earn the right to tell them the most important news they'll ever hear--that Jesus, the creator of the universe, thinks they're special, that they have a purpose and that He wants a relationship with them--so much so that He was willing to die on the cross for them.

Caitlin Canals
A member of the Newton North team, Caitlin recently returned to our Young Life team, after leading in Norwood for 2 years. She is in her last year of nursing school at Northeastern.
Sarah Dressel
A member of the Norwood High team, Sarah joins us from Columbus, Ohio, with her husband Mike and daughter Caroline.
Brendan Hunt
A member of our WyldLife team, Brendan is a graduate of Westfield State College and Walpole High.
Josh King
Head leader and volunteer staff in Newton, Josh recently returned from a sabatical, after leading the team at Norwood High for 5 years.
Renata Malafaia
A member of our Newton North team, Renata is a sophomore at Wentworth College.
Courtney Munro
A member of our Walpole High team, Courtney attends Mass Bay Community College and is a graduate of Walpole High.
Anthony Palermo
A member of the Norwood High team, Anthony is in his third year as a leader, while managing an AT&T Mobile store in Brookline.
John Papirio
Head leader of the Walpole High team, John is the area director of Boston SW/Newton.
Kimberly Papirio
A mentor for the female leaders, Kimberly is the wife of the area director, mom of 4 and the part time area administrator for Young Life Boston Southwest.
