Depart…
Friday, November 13th A coach will be providing transportation to and from Lost Canyon (transportation is included in the cost of the weekend). We will be departing at 4:00pm on Friday, November 13th from the Young Life House (445 E. 4th Street).
 
Return…
Sunday, November 15th, We will be arriving back on Sunday, November 15th around 7:00pm. We will leave updated arrival information at the Young Life office (323-7595) so that you have a better idea of our arrival time.

Spending Money

There is a camp store, coffee shop, and snack shop that students may want extra cash to spend there.
 
How do I save my spot?

*You can pay it all at once or a deposit of $60 with a completed health form. Every student needs a health form signed by a parent/guardian before going to Lost Canyon!

Young Life's policy concerning the H1N1 (swine) flu is to follow the direction of local authorities. If a school is closed by local authorities prior to a Young Life gathering, Young Life will not allow students from closed schools to attend the event. Our policy is to refund all deposits and balances subject to cancellation penalties incurred from vendors for the event.

About the Camp

Lost Canyon Weekend Camp is designed specifically for teenagers. Young Life staff, as well as experienced volunteers, staff and run the camp. Students stay in dorm facilities with their friends and one to two leaders in state-of-the-art cabins (the rooms are heated through the floor!). Tucson students and leaders will be roomed together.
 
 

What do I pack?
- Clothes for two days--you will want to dress in layers (remember, it's cold, so pack a jacket, scarf, etc.)
- close-toed shoes
- toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, BO protectoin)
*You don't need a sleeping bag or pillow! Lost Canyon provides linens, pillow, and one towel
