Capernaum Club has volunteer and staff leaders and support crew. The mission of our leaders and staff is to provide a fun, safe, encouraging and amazing environment for everyone that comes to Club.

Leaders hang out with the kids and do what they can to get to know them and break down the barriers and inhibitions. Leaders must have a strong belief and understanding of Jesus and show this through the way they live. Leaders also do contact work and visit the kids at their schools and arrange for other activities outside of school and Club.

Leader Interns are Capernaum kids who would like to grow into a position as a Leader. An Intern must grow towards a deeper belief in Christ and must demonstrate leadership skills through socializing and helping other kids, the Leaders and parents.
