Prince Georges County Prayer Strategy

In High Schools and Middle Schools teens are exposed to crime, violence, drugs, hopelessness, suicide and the list goes on and on. What can cause a revolution – a drastic and far-reaching change to happen in the ways our teens think and behave? Prayer.
“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves
and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then
will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

Prayer changes things and people. We want to challenge you to join us in praying for the teenagers, faculty and staff of the High Schools and Middle Schools in P.G. County Maryland.
We’ve designed a 3-phase prayer strategy
1st Phase – Choose a School.
There are 21 high schools, 3 alternative schools and 8 middle schools. Choose a school that you would adopt to pray for.
2nd Phase – Recruit 3 people to join you in prayer. Out of the 3 people you have chosen to pray with you, ask them to recruit 1 other person. That way we will have at least 7 people altogether praying for a school.
3rd Phase – Pray.
Each person in your group should pick one day a week to pray for your school.
