Young Life has been involved in Costa Rica for over 25 years. Come as we offer another exciting summer of ministry to local Costa Rican teenagers and work teams from the US. Young Life partners with several local ministries including camp La Cumbre. The property is located in the cloud forest about 90 miles outside of the capital city of San Jose. The summer intern experience is a total immersion experience, where you live at camp and with families and experience true Latin American culture. In addition to time at camp, interns spend time in local communities doing community service projects and building relationships with the Costa Rican leaders and staff. Altogether it proves to be an amazing time of experiencing Christ.
Note: Candidates interested in the Coordinator position must be college graduates or of equivalent age, have some experience supervising others and be comfortable in a leadership role.
