Tait, as he's known around the office, primarily serves as a trip coordinator for groups heading to Latin American countries. If you are heading south of the border, you'll be dealing with him.
Having been involved, in some form or fashion, with Young Life for nearly 10 years his desire to be involved in mission work occurred after a trip to Nicaragua a couple of years ago. Since packing up the family and moving to the third world proved impractical at the time, helping others experience the joy putting hands and feet to their faith has become a true passion.
Like Hunter, Tait would like to be on a trout stream daily if he could.
The father of three lovely girls, he spends most days dealing with the fact that they'll all someday want to get married and wondering why the house is such a wreck.
