This year we are heading to Lake Champion in New York. Camp dates are July 30 to August 5.

Download the Camp Brochure, complete the registration form, and give to your Young Life leader or e-mail it back to us at bradmowry@aol.com. If we receive your deposit before March 1, 2005 you will save $75!

You will also need to complete a health form. Simply download the form and make sure that both sides of the form are completely filled out, including health insurance info. You DO NOT need to have the form signed by a doctor.
