Michelle Stanko returned to her hometown to start staff September 1, 2009. Michelle volunteered in Carlisle, Pennsylvania for four years prior to coming to Frederick.

Michelle graduated from Urbana High where she was involved with Young Life.  Prior to being on Young Life staff, Michelle supervised and taught at a learning center in Pennsylvania.
