Young Life is a non-denominational, non-profit organization with a presence in more than 800 communities nationwide and in more than 45 countries. Since Jim Rayburn founded the organization in 1941, Young Life has earned a reputation for effectively building relationships with teenagers of all types and positively impacting their lives. Young Life believes every kid can lead lives of significance as well as success and has the right to know about the unconditional love of God and Jesus Christ. Regardless of how kids may respond to the message they are cared for unconditionally by their leaders. Young Life has been in Greenwich for over 40 years and continues to impact the lives of teens in the community.
"Steven Bawol Legacy Camp Scholarship Fund"
We have set up the "Steven Bawol Legacy Camp Scholarship Fund." A separate account will be set up to track donations and all the monies will be awarded to kids in Young Life of Greenwich who couldn't normally afford to go to on our trips. We believe, along with the Bawols, that this will honor Steve and will leave a wonderful legacy for many years to come. We're hoping that it will continue for the life of Young Life in Greenwich and will be a significant way to send kids to camp for many years to come (and keep Steve smiling from above). We've already seen an amazing outpouring of generosity from the community and are honored to be the humble stewards of those gifts. View
