Each local area has a committee of adults who believe in the mission of Young Life: to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and to help them grow in their faith. You'll find adults from all different backgrounds, careers and denominations, including lots of moms and dads who care about kids.

Committee members partner with the local ministry in a variety of ways, some of which include praying for the local area, participating in fund-raising events and providing administrative help to the local staff.

Our committee in Montgomery County meet on a monthly basis to help make decisions about staff, budgets, fundraisers, leader care, and to be an active voice in the community.  Mark Hessels, heads up our group of loving adults.  If you have a heart for teenagers, but may not want to be up front in games or skits, Young Life Committee is an invaluable way to invest into Young Life having a lasting impact in our community.
