Greetings

Welcome to the official website of Newburgh Young Life. In Newburgh we have 2 clubs: a Young Life club at Castle High School and a Wyldlife club which includes Castle Middle School North and South and Evansville Christian School. Whether you are a student at Castle, a parent of a student, or you're just here by your own luck, we hope you enjoy our website.  You can check out the latest news, learn a little about our leaders, browse the schedule of events to see what's going on, or even get those important forms you need.  If you find yourself thinking "What is Young Life?" you can find that here too. But regardless of why you are here, we are glad you are.  Thanks for coming and we hope you enjoy.

The Role of a Young Life Leader

Leaders love hanging out with kids whether it's at a game, before a dance, talking over a cup of coffee or playing video games.  We desire to share in their lives and for them to share in ours. Leaders spend tons of time entering the adolescent world of students in hopes of building meaningful friendships with them.  These leaders are well trained, mature Chrisitan role models for students.  We believe that what a person believes about God is one of the most important decisions they will ever make, and that every student deserves to hear the good news that God loves them and wants to have a relationship with them.  We desire to share this with students in a fun, "no pressure" way through Young Life activities and ultimately through our relationships with them.  Leaders are also committed to loving and caring for students regardless of what they may decide about God or religion.
