It began in 1986 and took off from there. For 23 years we have put together a tournament for the purpose of raising funds to touch the lives of teenagers here in the Silicon Valley. In 1992 we had the privilege of teaming up with Brent Jones for the first time and through his committment to the mission of Young Life.

This tournament has proven to be one of our most enthusiastically supported events and a significant resource for the work of Young Life in Silicon Valley. The tournament is held at Almaden Country Club- the venue of our very first tournament.

So please join us on Monday, June 1, 2009 as we anticipate a great event and seek to support Young Life's effort to influence teenage lives in the south bay area ... one putt at a time!

We are thankful for yet another tremendous golf tournament headed up by our Golf Committee Jean Davis, Brent Jones, Greg Yoder, Scott Paine, Greg Haskell, Pam Yoder, Colleen Carlson, Rondi Jackson, and Bree Haskell.

 

144 golfers filled Almaden Valley Country Club for a day filled with laughter, friends, dinner and a great day of golf! The event raised $51,000 with an additional $10,000 in Campership Sponsors. Thank you all for joining in this great day!
