Young Life Adventures Camp in Santa Cruz
Already been to Woodleaf or looking for a more intimate camp experience this summer? Come with us to Santa Cruz!
What is it? A discipleship-focused camp for slightly more mature Christians. There are only 40 kids there each week. You get to do adventurous activities like ocean kyaking, surfing, mountain boarding, mountain biking, etc.
Camp Dates: July 5-10, 2009
Cost: $500
Who can go? We first want to open it up to graduating seniors...then if we still have spots available we will take juniors.
How do I sign up? Mail in a deposit of $100 to PO Box 5403 Huntington Beach, CA 92615.
What if I can't pay $500? We will accept monthly payments of $100! You can even put it on your credit card! We also have a couple partial scholarships available.
How will you get there? Adult Leaders will drive either a 12-passenger van or suburbans.
Where is it? Six hours away from HB in Santa Cruz, CA
Do I need to know how to surf/mtn bike/etc to go? No! there will be instructors there and they will provide all equipment. |
