5th Annual 5K Race's date: To be announced

On March 7th at 9 a.m. 179 runners filled 25th St NW in front of Malone University.  After three consecutive years of cold and snowy weather (over a foot of snow at last year's blizzard-run), this year's grey sky and 50+ weather felt like July.

It was our 4th annual race, but only 2nd as members of the Subway Challenge Series.  We are honored to be the first race of the season's series - a race that we aim will be fun and meangingful for the runners.

Every award given was donated by local businesses as well as the door prizes.  All monies generated from this event goes toward the operating budget of Stark County Young Life.

Kristen Proach & Chip Wilson came away as big winners in the couples category with a combined time of 35:51:65.  Kristen, 24 from Canton, was also the overall female winner with a time of 18:34:25.  Justin Baum, 23 from Magnolia, was the male's overall winner with a blazing time of 16:23:35.
