AYL Christmas Club — Saturday, December 6, 2008

Get into the spirit of the holidays by hanging out at Asian Young Life’s annual "Christmas Club," where you might experience visions of sugar plum fairies, Jack Frost nipping on people's noses, and even jolly old St. Nick himself. Join dozens of other Asian American high school kids from all over Bergen County on Saturday night, December 6, 2008, for a special night of organized chaos that will be sure to fill you with yuletide cheer!

Eat. Sing. Laugh. Listen. Win.

Many people ask, "What do you do at club?" Our response: "We eat, we sing, we laugh, we listen, and we win." Seriously, that's what we do!

We always start off by eating free pizza or some other food. Then we sing some cool songs, and then we laugh at some really funny games or skits (which we call the "minutes"). We then listen to an inspiring message about life given by one of the AYL leaders, and then we finish the night by awarding insane prizes to a few lucky winners. We do all of this in a relaxed, supportive environment in which you can hang out with Asian American teenagers from all over Bergen County. You'll also get to meet some pretty cool adult leaders who really care about you. Trust us when we say that club is unbelievably fun and unlike anything you are probably expecting.

Our next club will be our Christmas Club, Saturday, December 6, 2008, at:

AWCA Building
9 Genesee Ave.
Teaneck, NJ 07670
Our club meetings start at 6:30 PM with free food for everyone and end by 9:00 PM. Club is open to any Bergen County high school student in grades 9 through 12. Questions? Please email us or call us at (201) 674-7966. You'll see that club is definitely the best place for you to be on a Saturday night during the school year!

What Happens at Club

Hang out with your friends. Laugh. Club is just for you. But consider yourself warned: Club is unpredictable. The music, skits and games may surprise you, so get ready to enjoy an experience like no other. At club you can relax, be yourself, have a good time and check out who God is and what He is like.
