Young Life Has Arrived in the Bitterroot!

Young Life thinks the world of kids. We believe that they deserve to know what life can hold for them. Young Life leaders are caring adults who come sharing that hope as well as fun and lasting friendships with kids. Young Life is also all about fun. From club and camp to Campaigners and other activities, teenagers will have blast laughing, trying new things and being with their friends.

In this valley, there are a couple of thousand high school age kids between the five area high schools and the large homeschool community.  Ask those kids what there is to do around here, though, and they will shake their heads sadly.

Time for things to change!  Young Life has been providing an outrageously fun, safe environment for kids since 1941.  It is all around the country--in fact, all around the world--but it has finally made its way to the 'Root.  Things might never be the same around here--but this is one change that can only be good!

So Who Are These Young Life Leaders?

Leaders are committed to being involved with kids' lives -- from supporting them at their sporting events to listening to them talk about what's important to them. Our leaders help kids consider the direction of their lives, and they offer hope for their future.

Adult leaders, most of whom are volunteers, have been carefully screened, including background checks as part of the application process, and receive periodic training on how to better relate to kids.

You can trust that these people are healthy role models for kids.  Oh, and they are loads of fun to hang out with, too!
