Young Life is active in various high schools and middle schools in the area. Young Life is making a difference in kids' lives. Here's an example of how Young Life is reaching kids: Nichole usually goes to the girls’ freshman basketball games to see them play.  There’s not usually many people there.  But it’s important to her that she goes since she’s a Young Life leader at that high school.  In the beginning of that school year, she didn’t know many girls, and when she would go, the girls would always ask her why she was there.  Her response would always be that she just wanted to see them and hang out with them.  But now, she was there to see a few special girls who she had really bonded with to support them.  Just the night before, one of her girls told her, that she looks in the crowd for Nichole’s face during her games, because she knew she would see her face before she would ever see her parent’s.  That's why Nichole is sure to make it to every freshman basketball game she can!
