Creating a Legacy

By placing caring adults in the lives of kids who are seeking answers to life's difficult questions, Young Life has created a legacy of changing lives forever. We believe that in order to reach kids we must go where they go and enter their world. Every week, in all 50 states and in more than 45 countries, Young Life staff and volunteers can be found at baseball games and track meets and at kids' favorite hangouts. In many cases, they are the only adult friends kids have in their lives.

A Lifetime Impact

"When I was in high school, I can remember Young Life being a safe place to go whenever I needed to get away from the pressures of being a teenager. What meant the most, though, was that the leaders were always interested in me, and it really made me feel like someone cared. That's what Young Life is all about." -- Shannon, a Young Life alum
