Southwind is centered around a beautiful central Florida lake at the edge of the 420,000 acre Ocala National Forest. This location, coupled with the live oaks, palms and savannah grasses, provides a fantastic setting for getting away from distractions. If action is what you crave, though, Southwind has plenty to offer in the way of activities - a giant water slide, two heated pools, ropes course, beach volleyball, frisbee golf course, kayaks, & canoes.
