GIG HARBOR/PENINSULA YOUNG LIFE CAMPING
YOUNG LIFE CAMPS are Adventure Resorts. Every day, you'll be surprised at what happens next at a Young Life camp. We're talking about the best week of your life! Set in Awe inspiring scenery, you might climb a wall, take a dip in a pool, learn to water ski, wakeboard or challenge yourself on a ropes course or a thrilling zip line. It’s camping to the extreme! You'll also enjoy incredible food and accommodations, plus speakers who will make you laugh and cry. Hundreds of staff members and volunteers (many are high schoolers who have attended a Young Life camp before) work around the clock to help make sure this will be a week to remember.
MALIBU CLUB - For all High Schoolers. Nestled amidst the majestic splendor of British Columbia's snow capped mountains and winding fjords, Malibu Club in Canada was originally built and operated as a resort for an elite, wealthy, Hollywood clientele in the 1940s. 100 miles north of Vancouver, B.C. and accessible by boat or float plane only, the property is a log cabin village with original Indian carved totem poles, a 13-hole frisbee golf course tucked into the base of the mountainside, a swimming pool blasted out of solid rock overlooking the rapids, a zip line, ropes course, wakeboarding, tubing, sailing, kayaking, sand volleyball, blob and many more countless activities. See their website for more details: www.malibuclub.younglife.org Open to Graduating Sophmores.
THE RANCH - For outgoing 8th graders. Formerly known as Wildhorse Canyon is located in the high desert of Central Oregon and bordered by 10 miles of the beautiful John Day River, this camp typically gets plenty of hot sunny weather. Ride the longest zip line in North America; three zip lines land in the lake water! Hike a peak or hop on the blob! The sports complex is big enough to park a 747; and inside there’s a huge skate park with foam pit (donated by thrill zone), multiple climbing walls, basketball courts, volleyball courts, game tables, and weight equipment. With a huge pool, lake, lush green playfields and indoor sports complex, there’s plenty to do. There’s a Camp for graduating 8th graders, and also a fall camp in October for all high schoolers. See their website for more information: www.wildhorse.younglife.org
BeeBe Bridge - for outgoing 6th & 7th Graders. Make history with Young Life this summer at the Beebe Bridge Campgrounds on the Colombia River! Instant summer for all outgoing 6th & 7th graders! We’re going to have an awesome time hanging out in the sun on tournament wakeboard boats or just sun tanning on the beach. This spot has the best wakeboarding, wake skating, skiing, tubing and any water sports in the state of Washington! This is the perfect time to learn to wakeboard or land your first new trick of the summer! Do all kinds of activities or just hang out with your friends, play volleyball, ultimate Frisbee, basketball, eat GREAT food and have tons of Young Life fun. We’ll even spend time at slide waters at Lake Chelan. Don’t miss this great trip!
