The Next Generation of New Jersey Leaders

Ask anyone who has been impacted by Young Life how they got involved and more often than not the sentence will begin with "so I met my Young Life leader when..." 

Young Life leaders are the engine that drives the experiences that kids have in Young Life.  Getting to camp, laughing at club, meeting new friends, and ultimately being introduced to Jesus Christ. 

For Young Life in New Jersey, developing the next generation of Young Life leaders is critical to our growth.  Which also means developing a leadership pipleline is critical to kids being introduced to Jesus.

That's what the Rutgers Leadership Development Project is all about. 

18 New Clubs, 1000's of kids

From the developing Young Life community at Rutgers will will develop and train college students who can enter the world of kids in the Rutgers University area.  Clubs will be launched in North Brunswick, New Brunswick, Somerset, Piscataway, and Highland Park to name a few. 

Young Life Rutgers is the ideal opportunity for college students to develop relationships with other students who are growing in their fatih and working to reach kids with hope.
