More to Life

“What is Young Life,” you ask!  Young Life is all about high school kids and we think the world of them.  We think it is an honor and privilege to be a part of their lives.  High school kids are part of a forgotten, misunderstood generation in a confusing time of life.

And yes, Young Life is all about fun too.  “Organized chaos” is what we like to call it and there’s no mistaking a good ole’ Young Life club.   “The best week of your life” would be Young Life camping and it’s a once in a lifetime experience.  Campaigners is taking it step deeper and talking about the answers to the deeper questions of life that we don’t talk about often.

IT’S ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS…the role of a young life leader

Finally, Young Life thrives on the relationship between a Young Life leader, and a high school kid.  Young Life believes that life is about relationships and there’s nothing more important than we can do with our time. Young Life leaders in the Greater Lake Norman Area are those Davidson College, UNCC, and career-led men & women who have been called to “stand in the gap;” to be mature friends for ALL high school kids…
