Young Life regional staff provide leadership, management, training and support to local area staff and volunteers. Regional committees are comprised of adults who support Young Life at the regional level. Committee members partner with the regional ministry in a variety of ways - by praying for the region, participating in fund-raising events and providing administrative support to the region.

Committee provides an important foundation for a Young Life region. Committee members can also serve as a catalyst for beginning Young Life ministry in a community -- theirs or one nearby. Committee members are dedicated volunteers whose unique gifts support staff and leaders as they reach out to kids.
