Young Life is active in all three public high schools and both middle schools in Flagstaff and Williams High. Young Life is making a difference in kids' lives. Here's an example of how Young Life is reaching kids: John regularly goes to the local skatepark across the street from  the high school where he is a Young Life leader. At first, John did not know the skaters there, but after weeks of skating there he began to get to know who the kids were and exchanged a few short conversations with some of them. One day, one of the skaters approached John. "You come to watch us skate and skate with us a lot don't you?" the young man asked John. "Yes, I do," John said. "That's cool," the young man said. "No one does that."
