Leadership is a diverse group of college students, professionals, singles, couples, and parents and is open to any adult that wants to participate in authentic Christian community.

Leadership is an important place for current Young Life leaders, those who are interested in leading, as well as anyone interested in learning more about living out their faith in Christ; at the same time, it is open to those not involved in Young Life and can be a great introduction to the Young Life family. We enjoy sincere friendships as people from all over the county gather for worship, prayer, Bible study, ministry training and plenty of fun and laughter. Social times are always a blast and include special events throughout the year such as the Annual Lobster Bake, game watching parties, Guys/Girls nights out, weekend trips and more.
