Mac McNally serves as the National Vice President of Strategic Growth and as Regional Director for the New York City Metro Region (Connecticut, Long Island, New York City, and northern New Jersey.) He brings extensive experience, strong leadership, vision-casting and staff mentoring to the Young Life team. Mac resides in Redding with his wife Tina and children Trevor, M.E., Aidan, and Charis. Bryan Reaume has been on staff with Young Life since January 2002 and now serves as a Metro Director in Fairfield County for the New York Metropolitan Region.  While working directly with students and volunteers in New Canaan, he serves and develops staff and leadership in communities throughout the county. Involved in Young Life in high school and as a leader in college, Bryan brings passionate and principle-centered leadership to the Young Life team.  He is also pursuing a graduate degree through Fuller Seminary. Brian Aiken came on Young Life Staff in September 2005. Brian focuses on work in Norwalk.  Brian has been involved in Young Life for over 10 years. Brian and his wife Erin reside in Norwalk and enjoy music, snowboarding, automobiles, motorcycles, and all things that go. Email Brian.

Anneke Brown came on staff in the beginning of 2008.  She directs YoungLives, which is Young Life's ministry to pregnant teenagers and teen moms.  Anneke graduated from Nyack College with a degree in Psychology and Youth Ministry.  Anneke and her husband Chase reside in Norwalk, CT.  Email Anneke. 

Diana Sanderson has been part of the Young Life team in Greenwich since 2005. She graduated from The Ohio State University and majored in Physiology while also earning a minor in Nutrition. She has vast Young Life experience in that she participated in the Young Life program while in high school as well as being a head leader at local high school in Gahanna, Ohio. Diana was also a soccer coach and ran the Snow and Ski program for several years at Gahanna High School. Email Diana.

Mike Basile leads Young Life work at Greenwich High School. His Young Life experience began his junior year of college and continued after he graduated from Boston University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a license to teach secondary education. Michael secured a job at Concord-Carlisle High School where he spent two and a half years as a U.S. History teacher, a volunteer leader with Young Life and the junior varsity baseball team coach. Jason Funkhouser joined Young Life Staff in July 2008 to continue to develop the WyldLife program in New Canaan.  He served as a volunteer WyldLife leader in New Canaan for two years and has extensive experience in youth programs.  Jason enjoys all things sports, both playing and watching and lives in New Canaan with his wife, Carly.  Email Jason.

Carly Funkhouser joined Young Life Staff in June 2006. She volunteers with both the Young Life and WyldLife programs in New Canaan and serves as an administrator throughout Fairfield County.  Carly is a graduate of Christopher Newport University in Virginia where she gained extensive Young Life experience as a volunteer leader and camp worker. Carly enjoys tennis and all things music.  Carly lives in New Canaan with her new husband, Jason.  Email Carly.

Frank Stretar joined Young Life Staff in August 2008 to continue to develop Young Life in New Canaan.  He has extensive Young Life experience from both high school and as a leader in Columbus, Ohio.  Frank and his wife Erin reside in New Canaan.  Email Frank.

Andy Ward joined Young Life Staff in July 2006 to develop work in Darien/Rowayton. He has extensive Young Life experience from both high school and his college career at the Ohio State University. Andy enjoys hockey, boating, and cheering on his beloved Buckeyes! Email Andy.

Travis Cole came on Young Life Staff in August 2006 and helps develop work in Fairfield, Redding, and Easton. Travis has been working with teenagers for the past ten years in Charlotte, North Carolina. Travis and his wife Teresa have four children, Abigail, Natalie, Mica, and Bryson and reside in Fairfield. Todd Boulware came on Young Life Staff in September 2006.  Todd is completing the Young Life training program as well as pursuing a seminary degree while focusing on work in Wilton.  Todd has been involved in Young Life for over 7 years. He and his wife Sarah reside in Wilton and enjoy art and athletics. Email Todd.

Jennifer Gros came on Young Life staff in November, 2006 to work in the development of Young Life Latino for the New York Metropolitan Region. Jen was involved in Young Life throughout high school and was a volunteer leader during her four years at Ohio State University, where she majored in Spanish linguistics. Jen loves rowing, dancing, adventures, random road trips, Colorado, Saranac and any time around water and mountains. Email Jen. 

Vicky Julian joined Young Life staff in June 2008 to join Jen Gros in the development of Young Life Latino.  Vicky docuses on work in Stamford and Norwalk.  A graduate from James Madison University in Virginia, Vicky majored in Spanish and has a Young Life background.  Vicky loves music, family, and friends and resides in Stamford, CT.  Email Vicky.

Catherine Haist came on Young Life staff in August 2007 to pioneer work in New Haven. A Yale graduate and middle school teacher in New Haven, Catherine is passionate about working with all audiences in the New Haven area. Catherine enjoys soccer, music and all things athletic. Email Catherine.

Steph Heath joined the Young Life staff team in Greenwich in September 2007. Steph was involved in Young Life as a high school student in New Jersey and as a leader in college as she attended Gettysburg College. Steph enjoys all things soccer and being together with friends. Email Steph.

Corey Gordon joined the Young Life staff in the Spring of 2008.  He serves as the area director for Bridgeport and is also part of our regional team.  Corey brings an extensive business background to the team and is pioneering Young Life work in Bridgeport.  Corey and his wife Fara reside in Bridgeport with their 6 children.  Email Corey.

Amanda Mastera joined the Young Life staff team in Greenwich in October 2008.  Amanda is a Connecticut native who grew up in New Canaan and attended Young Life while she was in high school.  Amanda works with an experienced team in Greenwich to reach high school students.  She brings many skills and a great sense of humor to the team.  Amanda resides in Stamford, CT.  Email Amanda.
