The Student Staff in Kentucky and Indiana are either college students preparing to lead a YoungLife Team or are currently leading a team.  It is open to any college age YoungLife leader who has completed the local First Year New Leader Training Program, has had one year of direct ministry experience and has their Area Director or equivalent's reccomendation.

 

We are looking for students who will faithfully meet monthly and be committed to growing in Christ, sharpening ministry skills and growing in the area of leadership.
