Going all out for kids/Haciendo todo lo posible

Young Life thinks the world of kids. We believe that they deserve to know what life can hold for them. Our leaders are caring adults who share hope, truth and a lasting friendships with kids. Young Life is also all about fun; at Club, Camp, Campaigners and other activities, teens have a blast laughing, trying new things and being with their friends.

We have outreach to Middle & High Schoolers.  We pray to be able to have a presence in every school in the area as we encourage a community to rally around adolescents in this critical time in their lives!

Vida Joven valora inmensamente al adolescente. Creemos que ellos merecen lo mejor que la vida tiene que ofrecer. Nuestros lideres estan comprometidos a llevar esperanza, diversion y un impacto perdurable al joven. Sea Club, Campamento, etc, los jovenes gozaran, aprenderan y probaran nuevas cosas junto a sus amigos.

Servimos a jovenes de 7mo a 8vo grado y de 9no a 12vo grado. Nuestra meta es alcanzar cada escuela en el area y motivar a la comunidad a que apoye a la juventud en esta edad critica en sus vidas.

*The South Arlington Area includes the area around Wakefield & Washington Lee High School. We have also adopted the work at TC Williams High in Alexandria. Although we do not have an official middle school ministry our leaders spend time with kids from Kenmore, TJ & Gunston kids and do take kids to camp in the summer.

Lideres en Vida Joven se comprometen e involucran en la vida de los jovenes - caminando con ellos, sirviendoles, escuchandoles y Ganandose el derecho a compartir del gran amor y plan que Dios tiene para ellos. Lideres crean un ambiente sano y seguro donde el adolescente es amado incondicionalmente.

Young Life is dedicated to introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.  Since 1941, Young Life has earned a reputation for effectively reaching out to teenagers of all kinds and in all places.  The mission is a Christian, non-profit organization with more than 4000 ministries nationwide and in over 50 foreign countries.

WyldLife is Young Life's middle school ministry.  Because middle schoolers are at a different developmental stage and have different needs, we make this subtle distinction from the high school ministries.
