Donors are vital to Young Life at the local area and regional levels. Because Young Life areas are financially supported solely at the local level, donors’ financial gifts account for all of an area's budget and part of a region's budget. Your donation helps areas hire and train staff and provide essential administrative support to the area. Your contributions also support operating expenses such as salaries and other ministry costs and can help send kids to Young Life camps.

We need all kinds of support in addition to your prayers.  We'd be so grateful for you lending your support in any of the following ways:

• Financial donations. Our budget for the coming 2008 will run close to $250,000.  This comes entirely from within our community!  We need people to make one-time gifts, as well as become monthly donors.  Click on the link to the right if you would like to help in this way.

• Grocery Participation Programs. By registering your "club card" numbers for Ralphs, Albertsons, Vons and Pavilions you can contribute to Young Life without any money coming out of your own pocket.  Each time you shop at these stores, they donate a portion of what you spend to our ministry.  It is completely private and costs you nothing.  To help us when you shop, send your name, address, phone number, and club card numbers to Megan Kee.

• Donate your cans and bottles: Instead of just throwing them in your trash company's recycle bin, save them for us.  We'll come pick up a full bag whenever you have one, and collect the refund.  It sounds small, but adds up quick when a lot of families participate.  You can also just drop them off at any club or staff person's house!

• Donate your products or services: We have a silent auction every fall to help raise money for our program. Your donated item can help raise much needed funds.

We believe that in order to reach kids we must go where they go and enter their world. Every week in our local area, Young Life staff and volunteers can be found at school events and practices and at kids' favorite hangouts. In many cases, they are the only adult friends kids have in their lives. Our work could not be done without your support. We are grateful for your gift to Young Life.
